Sorrento Commerce Park is a two building, 10-unit industrial park. It is close to two major highways. Initially, the small property was plain. To elevate this into a more desirable property, several changes were made, including upgrading the signs. After a major remodeling, the business Park now shines against its competition.
For this project, Signs for America built two monument signs, along with address numbers and tenant panels.
There are two entrances with a monument at each. Their eye-catching designs announce the business park name and address. As a wayfinding tool, these monuments landmark these buildings on this street, enhancing the value and desirability of the property.
All new, bold address numbers can be seen from the Street. They help customers and vendors locate the center from afar.
Matching yet distinctive tenant signs give the location a clean look. They show the pride in the businesses present and finish off the new, modern theme.
What began as a rather plain-looking location transformed into the newest-looking and boldest property in the area. Its attractive appearance lifts the rental rates and the desirability above the competitive properties around it.
