Ramona Exchange Business Park is a 70-tenant industrial complex located close to two major highways, and among retail and industrial sites. Its ideal location is perfect for small and medium manufacturers. Through a major remodeling, it now shines against the competition. Investing in better, distinctive signs than the competition in the area pays for itself with increased sales.
The project started with two monument signs. The one shown in the first photo is large and boldly announces the property. The other (shown in the gallery) is tall and is on the other side of the complex. Both give the location an attractive, modern look and enhance the value of the property, boosting lease rates as well.
All new tenant panels and address signs for the buildings turn Ramona Exchange into a standout property.
There are 10 buildings in the complex, each with a new set of address numbers. The large, brightly colored numbers make wayfinding easy.
This is finished off with new tenant signs. Each has two layers to make an attractive and functional panel: one layer for the unit letter and the other for a removable company identifier. Uniform yet distinctive, these panels show the pride in the businesses and finish off the new, modern and bold theme.
