Arroyo Business Center is a multi-tenant industrial complex. Its appearance was aging, but after a major remodeling, it shines against the competition. The remodel included a new monument sign, all new tenant panels, and address signs for the buildings. It is now a standout property capable of getting top dollar business.
The project started with a monument sign that boldly announces the property. Its eye-catching design makes it easy to find, allowing the tenant’s suppliers and customers to find the business park quickly. It also announces a modern place to enhance the value of the tenants (and the lease rates as well).
All new, brightly colored address numbers also aid in the identification of the property and its tenants. They continue to strongly announce the new nature of the remodeled business park.
The project was finished off with new tenant signs. Uniform yet distinctive, these panels show the pride in the businesses present and finish off the new, modern and bold theme.
